BOOOOO!
greetings from a freezer that will be turning into an oven *real soon we hope*
:D
thank god for the internet connection!
however, we can only use the internet up to 11pm.
better than nothing right?
and it can help train us to sleep early.
俗语说的好:“早睡早起身体好!”
(:
one week is over soon!
we have finished writing two news articles already (and i think i need to start revising my newswriting lectures and get a chinese and english dictionary), set up the internet connection (though its still kind of expensive) and went on a one day excursion with the Chinese Studies students and KTV with the english news society members.
I've got to admit that the people over here (and i think it applies to the whole of China) are really good hosts, they helped us loads even though they will have to fork out some extra time and effort!
Wah, i need to learn from them
:D
a short introduction of zhejiang, hangzhou from alicia chan:
main mode of transportation: scooters/ bicycles.
you will a whole crowd of riders/ cyclists at traffic lights.
a really nice and cute scene

this is how riders keep their hands warm while riding on a scooter and enjoying the cold breeze.
GLOVES ON HANDLES!
real cool eh?
:D

really nice flowers starting to bloom.
Spring will be coming soooooooooon :D

exploring hangzhou in ONE DAY:
if you have only one day in hangzhou, the best place to tour is Xihu.

LOOK HERE LOOK HERE!
China DOES HAVE GUMMIES AFTER ALL (:
and they have yakults and loads of cute little children with rosy cheeks!
(shall take photo of yakults and children soon)
hahahaha what a nice place for me :D
Settling down real quick,
but i still miss everyone in Singapore.
Hope the weather turns warm real soon, and i can start playing vball, yuxian can find a swimming pool and shwuyueh can join some uniformed group - red cross?
